At North Shore Oahu Surf School, we do exactly what our name implies: teach surfing lessons on the North Shore. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience surfing, we’ll help you gain skills and improve. There’s nothing like the thrill of standing on a surf board and riding the North Shore waves for the first time. You can take surf lessons regardless of your age or experience level with our instructors, all of whom have grown up surfing in Oahu. Our founder and head instructor Kala Grace is a pro surfer and has been teaching since he was 15 years old. You’ll have an amazing time with us on the waves.
We offer surf lessons to individuals, couples, friend, families, and groups; you decide how you want to learn. All you need to bring is your swimsuit and sunscreen and we provide all the rest – surfboard and gear. Our instructors are experienced lifeguards with CPR skills to assure your safety. Their experience allows you to learn surfing on the North Shore with peace of mind. It’s an excellent addition to your Hawaiian vacation and one of the most exciting things you can do on the North Shore.
