Wassiyah

Wasiyyah is a service dedicated to helping Muslims who live in countries where Islamic law is not recognised to prepare for their death by leaving a Will that is most pleasing to the All Mighty. Death is something Muslims should think about often and prepare for. One of the ways of preparing is to write a Will that is in accordance with Islamic principles. The Prophet Salalhualaihiwasalam said it is a duty of the Muslim who has anything to bequeath not to let two nights pass without including it in his Will [Sahih al-Bukhari]. However, the reality is that most Muslims are ignorant about the importance of writing an Islamic Will and for those people who do recognize its importance the process of Islamic Will writing can be daunting and challenging. Wasiyyah was started to address this need in the Ummah. We hope that with Allahs permission, Wasiyyah can be an agent in helping to revive this very important yet neglected sunnah and make the process of writing an Islamic Will easy and accessible to all. Inspired by the Quran, the Wasiyyah team is faithfully dedicated to giving back to the Book of Allah; hence, ALL PROFITS generated by the Islamic Wills we prepare are donated towards Tanzeel, a Quran revival project.  Click here to read more.
