Previously known as Rahma Aged Care, Gallipoli Home is run by the same group of people who began this project, with the same vision to serve our elders. Taking our responsibility of looking after our elders seriously, we recognised that there were no aged care homes that adequately cater for the specific needs of our culturally diverse Muslim community. After hearing many stories of aged care centres that aren’t able to cater for Islamic practice, we felt that the need to create Gallipoli Home was about more than providing a service, it was an obligation.
